Parker Stokes of Parker Presents will join us at the winery again this Sunday. As usual, he will bring his delicious array of oysters and sauces, as well as a second seafood option.
This month’s selections are:
Buckley Bay Oysters have a full body and showcase the mineral flavors of the Baynes Sound, an area known for its rich and productive waters on the southern third of Vancouvers Island. They have a tough shell from being tossed around on the rocky beaches and are harvested at a perfect half-shell size. $18 or 12 for $35 (supplies are limited so make sure to come early)
Wild Gulf Shrimp Scampi. Juicy shrimp sautéed, then deglazed with a Meyer lemon, featuring Stockwell Cellars Chardonnay steel. Served with warm, soft 4-cheese polenta. $18.
