COCOC is the first food truck on the Monterey Bay to offer truly authentic Mexican Guisados (stews). We are determined to to transport all the culture and flavors from Mexico to California. The COCOC concept stems form Juanjo and David’s (founders and brothers) upbringing in the a traditional Michoacan household where cooking and eating symbolized a family reunion and opportunity to bond. As a family business, we plan to bring a sense if home to every customer through every dish. Bringing you plates, bowls and guisados.
