Parker Presents: Bill Oysterman

While there will never be another Bill the Oysterman, the tradition of fun and amazing farm-direct oysters continues. Parker Stokes, his long-time crew lead and business manager, has created an overall concept titled Parker Presents. Bill Oysterman is the first offering of that overall concept. The dancing oyster with the top hat is now named Bill Oysterman (note “the” has been omitted as there will never be another like him) and will be the enduring icon.

Over the past decade Parker built friendships with all the same oyster farmers and has added a few (think Kumotos from Humboldt). This week he will feature Deep Bay miyagis from the eastern shore of Vancouver Island BC. This is the same grower from Stella Bay known as the sole producer of kusshis. Of course, all his housemade sauces will be available and everything is delivered in a safe (all protocols followed) way to assure your enjoyment.

Parker’s Picks (PKPX) is the second concept under his banner. He chooses a single, item to feature each week. While this has been a delivery service, this week he will add a PKPX roll with a special relish that you can enjoy right away with an amazing glass of wine.
