Hi my name is Jorge. I'm from the coast of Ecuador and live in Santa Cruz, California. I'm a well known surfer in the Santa Cruz surf community. When I moved, I got invited to multiple parties by my friends. I offered to make ceviche for their parties, and whenever I made it… people would love it and tell me "This is the best ceviche ever!". Since that time, I've been trying to open a restaurant in Santa Cruz. Finally the dream is coming true, so I'm ready to offer something special from my country Ecuador to California. I'm excited to share my home dishes with you all.
