#CRUSH 2018

Today officially marked the beginning of this year's harvest or crush as we like to call it, with the harvesting of Sauvignon Blanc grapes. This is an exceptionally exciting time of year in the winery, as the aromas of sweet fermenting grapes fill the air and the sound of our enthusiastic winemakers, Eric and his assistant Joe, echo through the building.
