Kevin Lohman is an award-winning wildlife photographer based in Santa Cruz, California. His breathtaking images capture the beauty of nature, with one of his Great Horned Owl photos featured on a Santa Cruz Metro wildlife bus as part of the One Ride at a Time campaign. His work has received recognition in prestigious photography competitions, including the Audubon Photography Awards, the International Share the View Nature Photography Contest, the North American Nature Photography Association (NANPA) Showcase, and the International Comedy Wildlife Competition.

Locally, Kevin’s photography has graced multiple covers of the annual Elkhorn Slough Foundation calendar, and he actively supports conservation efforts by donating images to the organization. Inspired by his background in marine science and his deep connection to the coastal landscapes of Central and Northern California, Kevin creates striking wildlife and landscape images using Nikon Z9 and Sony A1 mirrorless cameras, with lenses ranging from 14mm to 800mm.
